Tissue Paper Self-Adhesive Sheets Card Stock Scissors

1. Prep The Frame

Cut out the middle of a piece of cardstock so it makes a frame. Peel the adhesive backing and a attach the cardstock frame to the adhesive sheet.

2. Cut Cardstock and Tissue Paper

Cut the cardstock into strips of the same width. Cut the tissue paper into large pieces

3. Arrange Shapes & Attach Tissue Paper

Attach cardstock to the adhesive paper to make shapes. Place pieces of tissue paper to the sticky side of the adesive sheet.
