Equipment

  • 1 Pair of Kids Scissors
  • Cricut or other cutting machine
  • 1 Pair of scissors
  • 1 Paint Brush

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces cardstock any color
  • Mod Podge
  • 3 pieces Tissue Paper Various colors
  • 3 pieces Thick plastic laminate sheets, sheet protectors, etc.

Instructions

  • Cut out the tissue paper into various sizes. Rectangles and squares work great, but it doesn't really matter what shape.
  • Put a generous amount of mod podge onto the plastic sheet.
  • Add cut up tissue paper all over the glue.
  • Cover the tissue paper with more mod podge. Continue doing this until tissue paper covers the plastic. Set aside to dry.
  • While that dries, use a cricut or other cutting machine to cut out a heart shape with a heart hole in the center.
  • Once dry, gently peel the tissue paper off the plastic sheeting.
  • Glue the tissue paper onto your heart shape. Then hang!
