Servings: 1 paper bag scare crow

Ingredients

  • 1 paper bag
  • 1 cardstock
  • 4 popsicle sticks
  • Glue stick
  • Black marker

Instructions

  • Start by gluing popsicle sticks on the top of the paper bag (the front of your paper bag scare crow is where the bottom flap of the bag is - so be sure to work on that surface). These popsicle sticks will act as the scare crow's "straw hair"
  • Cut a piece of cardstock that's one inch thick and slightly longer than the width of your paper bag. Glue it at the top, above the popsicle stick "hair." This piece will be the brim of your scare crow's hat.
  • Cut a large triangle out of cardstock - the base should be the width of your paper bag. Glue it at the top but on the back of the bag so that you don't cover the brim.
  • Draw eyes and a mouth with your black marker.
  • Cut out a small triangle out of your cardstock. Glue it in the center. This will act as the nose of your scare crow.
  • Enjoy!
