Equipment

  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Gift Card
  • Marker

Ingredients

  • 1 Paper Plate
  • 1 bag Cotton Balls
  • 1 sheet Black Construction Paper
  • 1 sheet White Construction Paper
  • 2 Googly Eyes
  • 1 Craft Stick larger

Instructions

  • Glue cotton balls to cover the back of the plate.
  • Cut out ears, face, and two legs from black construction paper
  • Glue ears to the back of the face and googly eyes on top.
  • Glue face over top of cotton balls and legs to the back of the plate
  • Create “Thank You” Sign with marker, construction paper, and popsicle stick. Glue to sheep with end behind the mouth.

Notes

Optional for attaching gift card - Staple an envelope to the front of the plate (back of the sheep) before adding cotton balls. You can glue it at the end, but a staple will be more secure for sending a gift card with a preschooler.
Using a hot glue gun to attach the face and sign may be easier than trying to get it to stay in place with a glue stick, but I did get it to stay using the glue stick.
