Thick plastic
laminate sheets, sheet protectors, etc.
Instructions
Cut out the tissue paper into various sizes. Rectangles and squares work great, but it doesn't really matter what shape.
Put a generous amount of mod podge onto the plastic sheet.
Add cut up tissue paper all over the glue.
Cover the tissue paper with more mod podge. Continue doing this until tissue paper covers the plastic. Set aside to dry.
While that dries, use a cricut or other cutting machine to cut out a heart shape with a heart hole in the center.
Once dry, gently peel the tissue paper off the plastic sheeting.
Glue the tissue paper onto your heart shape. Then hang!
