How to Make a Tissue Paper Seahorse Craft

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Tissue Paper- blue
  • 1 piece Tissue Paper- purple
  • 1 piece Tissue Paper- green
  • 1 square oaktag or poster board
  • 1/3 cup ModgePodge or Glue

Instructions

  • Start by tracing and cutting out the template onto your cardboard piece.
  • Cut tissue paper into 1-inch long strips
  • Cut each strip into 3 inches.
  • Working in sections, apply a little bit of ModgePodge with a brush to the seahorse shape.
  • Crinkle each piece of tissue paper and press down into the glue.
  • Continue until your entire seahorse is covered with crinkled tissue paper balls.
  • Let dry completely.
