Jelly Fish Paper Plate

Let's get crafting! This Jelly Fish Paper Plate DIY is easy to put together and your little one will love the fact that it doubles as a puppet.

Ingredients

  • 1 colored paper plate
  • 4 large colored googly eyes
  • 2 pieces of 8.5x11 colored cardstock
  • 2 popsicle sticks
  • Glue stick
  • Scotch tape
  • Craft scissors

Instructions

  • Begin by folding the paper plate in half then cutting along the fold. This will create two perfect halves.
  • Glue 2 colored googly eyes on each paper plate half.
  • Cut out 4 strips from each of the carstock sheets.
  • Fold each strip in a back and forth motion to create an accordion effect.
  • Tape/glue 4 strips to the back of each paper plate half.
  • Tape one popsicle stick to the back of each paper plate half (you'll want to center it).
  • Enjoy!
