Equipment

  • 1 Pair of scissors

Ingredients

  • Stickers
  • Glitter Glue
  • Washi Tape
  • Gift Cards

Instructions

  • Start by printing out the mittens template. It can either be printed directly on the cardstock or on any paper and transferred to the cardstock.
  • Cut out 8 mittens out of cardstock. They can be in multiple colors or one color.
  • Give each child two mittens. Have them lay them out so the thumbs are pointing towards each other. This is so one will be the back and the other the front.
  • Let the kids (and yourself!) decorate with stickers, glitter glue, washi tape, and anything else you can think of.
  • One done, set aside the mittens to dry.
  • Once the mittens are dry, glue two mittens together, so that the decorated sides are on the outside. Leave the 'sleeve' part of the mitten open to slide a gift card into.
