Salt Dough Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup table salt
  • 1 cup water
  • Acrylic paint
  • Paintbrushes

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour and salt.
  • Once the dry ingredients are mixed together, add water and mix.
  • Knead the dough with your hands to combine the ingredients very well and until a dough forms.
  • Create your designs and then place on lined baking sheet. Bake for one hour.
  • Allow to cool completely before painting.
  • Paint the figurines and enjoy!
