Bubble Wand Tips
What Size Pipe Cleaner Do You Have to Use?
Did you know that pipe cleaners come in different sizes? We used 5 inch pipe cleaners, but feel free to use anything longer. We love using the 5 inch ones because it really mimics the size of a traditional bubble wand.
What Kind of Bubble Solution Should I Use?
Your favorite bubble solution is just fine for our homemade bubble wands! You can pick some very inexpensive ones just about anywhere! Otherwise, you can make a really easy solution at home. All you’ll need is:
Just mix all of those ingredients up and you have a very simple bubble solution! Best part? You likely already have everything at home!
Do I Need to Glue Anything?
Absolutely not! That’s the beautiful thing about pipe cleaners – all you have to do is a few twists and ta-da! Everything stays in place.
Can I Reuse The Bubble Wands?
These bubble wands are best used only one time. The pipe cleaners tend to get soaked after dipping them constantly into the bubble solution, so we recommend making new ones for each bubble session!
Feel free to get super creative with your homemade bubble wands! You can add beads or even twist two different colored pipe cleaners together. Let your imagination soar!
