Easy Unicorn Toast

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day... why not make it the most magical, too? Here's our fabulous take on unicorn toast.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 gell food colorings
  • 1 English Muffin toasted
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • In one of your bowls, mix together your cream cheese and sugar. Once combined, divide the mixture into all three bowls and give each one a different color. (In our case, we left one white, the other pink and the other, yellow.)
  • Apply separate dollops on your toast and with a butter knife, spread and blend (but don’t mix) the colors.
  • Apply sprinkles as desired and enjoy the magic.
