This effortless chicken recipe is a great for a laid back family night because it’s unbelievably simple to cook. You can even get picky eaters to gobble it down like candy. My family LOVES mushrooms, so I cook this dish quite a lot.

- Chicken breasts
- Sliced mushrooms
- White onion
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Mushroom and Onion Baked Chicken Step-By-Step Pictures
Place three chicken breasts in the dish.
Add the sliced mushrooms on top of the chicken.
Slice half a white onion.
Add the onions on top of the chicken and mushrooms.
Thinly slice 1/4 cup of butter and place on top of the chicken and veggies and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake your dish for 45 minutes and serve with a side of fresh veggies.

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees, add a couple tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the bottom of a baking dish and place three chicken breasts in the dish.
