I have easy crafts, free printables, quick recipes, and more. As the mom of an 8-year-old, 12-year-old, and 16-year-old, I understand how challenging some days can be; hence I create the resources you see on the site. I hope to help you find ease and joy through it all!

Tips on Printing the DIY Bookmarks for Kids
Why do I need to use white cardstock?
White cardstock is thicker than regular white multi-purpose paper and makes your home printed bookmark last longer.
Do I need to print page 1 and page 2 if my child only wants to color his own bookmarks?
Not at all. The file includes the four Color-Your-Own bookmarks on page 1 and the color-filled bookmarks on page 2.
While printing, choose the option to print either page to ensure you make one or more copies of the page your child prefers only.
Can I laminate the bookmarks?
Yes, of course! Laminating the bookmarks is a great idea and extends the life of each bookmark even further.
I would recommend your child finish coloring the Color-Your-Own bookmarks first before laminating the sheet.
You may use a home laminating machine or take the sheets to your local print shop.

Do I use Draft mode or High Resolution print while printing the bookmarks?
I recommend using high resolution print to ensure the print quality is crisp.
Draft mode is generally used while checking a page to ensure everything is okay before running the final print.
Can I print just 1 bookmark?
Each page holds 4 unique woodland creature bookmark designs.
- A deer reading. Quote- “READING is WILD!”
- A bear reading. Quote- “READING is always a GREAT idea!”
- A beaver reading. Quote-“Today a READER. Tomorrow a LEADER!”
- A raccoon reading. Quote-“READ! DREAM! GROW!”
The page is designed to print all 4 designs at once, to allow your child to choose one bookmark and share the rest.
Or use all 4 bookmarks in 4 different books!
I can’t wait to hear which bookmark is your child’s favorite.
